Last winter I encountered a leak in the roof. Doug Carlson assessed the roof, determined where the roof leak was located and provided me with options on repairing or replacing the roof. Given that the roof was 20 years old, I opted for replacing the roof. During the assessment, I mentioned to Doug issues I had with a bathroom pipes freezing and cold temp in the room. He suggested that Carlson Bros. could insulate the attic crawlspace at the same time with replacing the roof and that should solve the problem. Prior to speaking with Doug, I did reach out to other contractors on this issue but no one could help. Well, one year later, my bathroom is warm – no freezing pipes – and my roof is beautiful. Overall the price was great, the project was quick and painless, cleanup exceptional. Highly recommend Carlson Bros.

Unreliable ... they (I believe his name was Ron) came out to look at the project in early May. We reviewed the work and he said his brother would come back the next day to measure for a skylight replacement and provide a quote for the skylight and roof repair. Never came back .. waited a couple days before calling back but they never returned the call. Called a second time a week later but no one called back Very unprofessional.

Had confirmed appointment with Carlson Roofers for Sunday between 10 and 11. I arrived at 10:00 exactly (this is investment property) I waited until 11:20, no one showed , then called and left a msg on the company answering machine. On Monday, the message I got back was “ he was there at 9:50, didn’t see anyone so he left. They knew I didn’t live there and if he was early, why didn’t he call me to see when I would arrive? Really poor and not even an apology. I would never deal with this company again

Many years after having Carlson install our roof- we had a few loose shingles. Rich came by and made the fixes at no charge. Nice to see a business that will return many years later and stand by their work.
