Every step of the work was explained in detail from beginning to end and expected time to accomplish. Each step of the project was then done on schedule and with professional personnel. Was particularly impressed with the time spent to instruct and educate on how the generator system should work, what to expect during a power failure, and any required maintenance by the homeowner.
