We had Champion Exteriors install our new windows. Tim Small made the processes very easy from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable regarding their products and helping us to decide which was right for us. I will be using Champion Exteriors again when it comes time for a new roof!!! We could not be happier about our decision to go with Tim and Champion!!!

I gave them a call because I seen one of their trucks. First off, the woman in the call center was very helpful and scheduled a free estimate. First thought after I hung up was it would be another high pressure sales pitch by some guy in a suit. Turned out the sales person was extremely knowledgeable. I even got a better finance option from them then my bank even offered. I would highly recommend this company. #newwindows #newroof

My wife Barbara and myself were extremely happy with all the work that was performed by Champion Exteriors. It was a big job and everything ended up exceeding our expectations. The house really looks great now. Champion installed a new roof, gutters, facia boards, corner trim and downspots! Kudos go to Kevin King and all the crew! We would reommend them to anyone!

So I really didn't want to leave a bad review, but I feel like this is my last option. I had them replace a pillar on my porch and install a new screen door, both in the front of the house. Everything seemed great at first, the guy came out and took a look. A few days later I got an estimate. I immediately agreed on the it, and gave them a deposit (half the total, about $700). Then I didn't hear anything. Weeks went by. I called, emailed, texted, if I got a response, it was "don't worry, we'll get to you when we can". Never gave me a hard start date. Then I see on my "Ring" doorbell work is starting. I wasn't home, and I really wanted to be so I would be able to supervise and tell them if the work was acceptable. I got back later that evening and was extremely unsatisfied. The door didn't fit or close correctly. I slammed, had no dampening whatsoever. The pillar was thrown up without any love (for lack of a better term). They shot a nail gun in no order, nails showing, some missed the mark and are protruding so they are visible. I thought they would glue it on so there would be no nail marks. It's horrible work, see the pics. I complained, and a guy came out and tried to fix the door. He did make it look better, but it still slams with no dampening. The pillar still looks like a 9th grade wood shop put it up. I sit on the porch every day and have to look at this. They said they would come back out and fix everything, I haven't heard anything in weeks. I still owe about $700, I suppose they figured it would be better for them if they don't fix it and eat the money. I emailed the owner, and he doesn't seem to care because I asked him to take a ride over to look at the work, and he never did. Too busy posting to Facebook groups, I guess. Maybe after writing this review, I'll hear from them.

They were excellent. Couldn't believe that that they replaced our roof in 1 day!
