Dave and Ronnie were very pleasant and professional. Dave came and measured our windows and discussed different options for us since we are in a townhome development. We ordered the windows that we wanted and are very pleased with them at a very good price. Ronnie was a wonderful installer and got the job done for us very quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dave and Patricio from American Home Contractors. My 1926 home required a new roof to replace the original shake and multiple layers of asphalt shingles. This was a big job and I’m glad I chose AHC to do the work. Dave is a complete professional. He walked me through the estimate in person, providing me with details on the project and the materials involved. I received other estimates for about the same cost estimate but with lesser quality materials. One well-known roofer sent an email with an estimate but never even followed-up with me. Patricio led the team on the project. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it cleanly and efficiently. The amount Of debris to come off the top of my house was staggering, but my yard and plantings were protected. He secured areas where squirrels had entered my roof and retro-fitted an odd space above my garage to ensure proper rain run-off. AHC also installed new gutters, and leaf-guards on my house. I had a few questions about drainage, so Dave came to the house to ensure everything was as it should be. He wasn’t satisfied until the project was perfect. I didn’t realize just how thorough AHC was until my next door neighbors had their roof replaced two weeks after mine. Their yard was a mess because the dumpster didn’t arrive on time, and my neighbors had no idea which materials were being used on their roofing project.
