I was referred to this company by a family friend who had gutters installed and was very satisfied. My home had a leak on the side of the home and I called seeking an estimate. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Antonio who said he could come by the next day at 12:30pm. I called the following morning just to confirm and Antonio stated he'd be there. Now keep in mind I told him I'd be meeting him on my lunch break. I get to my home and wait for approx. 20 minutes. I called at 1pm to see if he was en route and he said yes. 1:15pm came and I called again and he never answered. He did not answer and did not call me back. I understand that contractors get busy and need to reschedule but to not call or show is unacceptable!!! I do not recommend this busy!!!!
