I had runs of 6 ft board on board and 4 ft chain link fences installed in early September 2018. It was one of the hottest days of the summer. Nonetheless, the crew was extremely hard working all day and into the night, wrapping up around 9:00 pm. They were easy to work with and mindful of their surroundings. The foreman maintained open communication with both me, as the owner, and the crew anytime an uncertainty arose. Despite the darkness, the crew put on headlamps and continued working, ensuring to still leave a clean yard. One member returned the next day to finish up the last few odds and ends. I was extremely pleased (and still am 4 months later) and would definitely recommend them or hire again myself. It is now May 2019 and, after a few seasons of use and settling, the gate in the chain link fence needed some adjustments. Carl's was again very responsive and fixed the issue free of charge. They also reset the latch in one of the other board on board gates without me even mentioning it. Excellent customer service.

Carl's provided us with an excellent price for our windows compared to another window company. Service was very timely, installers were very neat and window quality is exactly what we wanted. Our new windows are 100% better than replacement windows we bought for our primary home. We were so satisfied that we hired Carl's for siding and roof replacement. Very satisfied with the entire project.

I highly recommend Carl's. They initially told us they'd install our deck railing four to six weeks after we placed the order. They called us less than three weeks later and said they'd be out the next day. They came in the afternoon and said if they couldn't finish it that day they'd be sure to return first thing in the morning. We left for a few hours and when we came home it was completely finished and absolutely beautiful! They're the best!

Phenomenal! I would recommend them to anyone. They had the best price by far, and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. They came 4 weeks sooner than they estimated to install our fence, which was great because we are preparing for a wedding in our yard and now we have plenty of time to get everything cleaned up. The fence looks BEYOND amazing, they did a really fantastic job. The workers even filled in some low spots in our yard with the dirt they dig out for the fence posts. Above and beyond!
