He did a good job on the roof, but we had an issue shortly after, called several times, never fixed it. Would NOT recommend this company.

This guy will not honor guarantee. .. will tell lie after lie don't waste. Your money...

Wish they had a 0 for this review. Had a roof put on 5 years ago. Leak after Leak...Janiec would not honor their guarantee on their work. Now I had to get a complete new roof from a reputable company. RUN do not use them... Will continue this review on rip off report!

Guy has an attitude and is a jerk. Run the other way!

I am so happy I used Janiec Roofing to install my new roof 8 years ago in Ridgewood! Not only did they give me a fair price and got the job done quickly - the last two years I was really impressed with their post installation service! Last year, I had a small leak I discovered around the roof vents, I called Janiec and they responded and repaired the leak the next day without charge. Just this past week a few singles fell off the roof caused by either high winds or animals and once Janiec responded quickly to repair the damage at no cost. It is really refreshing that you find a vendor that not only honors their warrantee but exceeds it without questions asked! I seldom recommend vendors, but for this vendor I am more than happy to do so. If you need a new roof, give Janiec a call.
