Jermaine and his crew are the best in the roofing business here in NJ. We own multiple properties. They have done two roofs for us so far and we intend on using them for all our upcoming projects. In one property they replaced the ceiling inside our tenant's laundry room as well as the roof above. Outstanding work. Before they even showed up, the paperwork was completed correctly and on time. Their insurance is solid. They were kind and courteous to our tenants and customers while they were working. They left the place cleaner then when they found it. Jermaine knows roofs better than anyone I've met in this business. We intend on growing our business alongside his for a long time. We can't recommend them highly enough!

When I searched for gutter cleaning on the web, NJ Roofing Maintenance came up as top choice in HomeAdvisor. And it was a really top choice. Next day, Saturday, Jermaine came and did an excellent job with our messed up gutters. They work like new now. In the meantime he and his company sealed our windows on the weather side of the house and repaired missing siding below the roof. Very nice and professional team, fair pricing and arriving right on time. I am grateful to know this company, if I need repairs or improvement in the future.

These guys were very good at finding areas where water was coming into my house and did an excellent job at repairing and replacing what was damaged they are very reasonable when it comes to pricing and i would recommend them to anyone
