I worked directly with the owner Jeff, and he earned my trust without any of the sales tactics I had been dreading based on previous estimates I'd gotten from other companies. He and his team did a fantastic job with our windows and left the house clean and dust free. I'm happy to recommend Taylor Rae and hope to go to them again for future work.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. We went through all the quoting process with competitors as anyone would. The only thing I regret is wasting all that time with others. The windows were top rated, the install was great. Jeff was upfront and a joy to work with. A whole house full of windows is scary and a big investment. After discussing the job with Jeff I had nothing but confidence and he delivered. His crew fought the elements to get the job scheduled and completed as soon as the windows arrived. I look forward to doing business with Taylor Rae in the future and have already recommended them to 2 other friends. Taylor Rae was not the cheapest or the most expensive. But we weren't looking for cheap nor overpriced. The windows and the job are worth every penny.

Taylor Rae replaced 14 windows in my house. It was a difficult job because we needed 3 of them to be done as new construction as well as enlarging the opening for the bedroom window. I have to say they did a great job and even my father-in-law was impressed with their attention to detail and how well they cleaned up. Their price was very reasonable for such great windows and I was impressed that Jeff, the owner of the company, was on the job the whole time.
