Amazing! Not only were they on time... They answered all of our questions, explained what they were doing, and they found an issue with our a/c unit in the attic that my grandparents would have never know about otherwise. And thanks to them we have a tech coming over tomorrow. Bob and Tony were great! Professional, working hard and non-stop for over 4 hours because it was a big job. The air feels cooler and fresher than ever. They were helpful, courteous, and willing to help. I would recommend them to anyone! And to top it off... There were no hidden costs or fees. We paid exactly what their estimate was for. Not like other companies that provided an estimate and when the job was complete it was almost twice the estimate. I called up many other highly rated companies (I literally called everyone) in the north jersey area and received the best price and most thoroughly explained service from Pro Services for roof replacement. During the repair they take before and after pictures and call you with image proof if something additional needs to be replaced instead of replace and bill you later. They also handled talking with the town to get correct permits and took care of garbage disposal. They responded to all my questions and inquiries quickly and I am very happy with their service. I am continuing to use them for my other home and will refer to my friends/family.
