Where to begin? We used Heritage Homes to renovate our house and we could not be happier. Anyone who is contemplating renovating their home should read this. We knew absolutely nothing about this entire process, all that we knew was we didn’t like our bi-level home, it was completely outdated/ugly and not conducive to raising kids. We started our process by calling up a couple companies we found on Google and the designs were very boring and no one stood out to us. We came across Heritage Homes and also heard about A LOT of houses they have done in Denville - they are a Denville based company. We drove by about 5 houses that were within minutes of our house that they had done, and they were absolutely gorgeous. From the start when Frank first walked through our doors and greeted us we knew this was going to be different. He spoke to us about what we want and what he thinks we should have without changing anything structurally. He left no stone unturned during our first meeting, he painted a very clear picture in our heads on what our house could look like inside and out. A few more talks and we signed on the dotted line. Frank has a very large team and he made sure my wife and I knew everyone’s name as they walked through the door and what their job was. Heritage Homes sent out weekly emails with what was going to get done and let me tell you having someone like Frank and Susan who pays attention to detail he made sure his team was on schedule. We knew when the roof was getting raised, when the flooring was done, fireplace constructed, etc. The architectruel spin that Heritage Homes provided completely changed the whole dynamic of the house. HH raises the bar for all construction companies, I cant even tell you how happy we are. Every step of the way over the course of the months of our renovation we were constantly impressed. The only downside is we don’t get to hang out with Franks team when we get home from work anymore Haha. We would highly recommend them. Thank you very much Frank and Susan!!!

They don't work on smaller homes. They will cancel last minute and say they emailed you, when they didn't. My home is by no means "small", but asking for a basement finishing/remodel was too small of a job for them so they just didn't show for the estimate. His wife was very nice, but he was abrupt and quick to push you off.
