On The Spot did a great job replacing the stairs to my basement. My house was built in 1925 and the stairs to the basement were the original stairs when the house was built. Needless to say...they needed to go. From the very beginning On The Spot was very professional. Jeff came and looked at the stairs and talked to me about what they would do to change them out. Jeff was very professional and had very good customer service through out my entire project. On the day the work was to be done On The Spot sent two workers who were professional and hard working. They did a great job as you can see from the pictures. They cleaned up and I would never have known they were there. All around I had a great experience with On The Spot and will use them again in the future.

My shower tiling was in desperate need of repair with the water at times leaking through my kitchen cabinets. I called On the Spot Home Improvements for an estimate for the repair and within two days the owner himself came to my house. He thoroughly went over the job in terms which I could completely understand and quickly gave me an estimate. The price was very fair and I decided on hiring On the Spot. My repairs were quickly scheduled and I was told the job would take three days. The project manager contacted me and we went over the kind/color of tile and fixtures I wanted. He also stopped in at least once a day to check on the work. The job started on time and finished on time. The crew that came to do the work were very pleasant and very considerate of my house laying down canvas wherever they needed to step and leaving the bathroom very clean when they left. The shower stall looks absolutely beautiful and there are no more leaks! I will be contacting On the Spot for any future repairs. Susan S.

Called On the Spot for an estimate due to the majority good reviews. They were our third estimates and so we had a general idea of cost at that point: $15-20k. Jeff from On the Spot came out and quoted us around $50k. Unless they are drywalling with gold, something doesn't add up.

On the Spot has been been an absolute pleasure to work with. Jeff came out for an initial consultation and helped us design a brand new conference room and office and the team was here the next week to make it happen. Jeff and his team are honest and extremely easy to work with and they do quality work. We will use them again on our next project!

I had a storage shed installed by On the Spot, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The job was actually very challenging. At every point they did what they said they were going to do, and they did so thoroughly meeting all expectations. When done, there was not a speck of debris. Dana in the office is accurate and dependable and always reachable, and that adds an element of communication that is not always there in dealings with contractors. All aspects of the job were done well, the engineering, the estimate, the actual work, and follow up. I've selected On the Spot for my next project, which is to replace gutters and sofits. Their estimates are reasonable, and I've noticed that in providing estimates they take the time to look into options that might make the job less costly. I appreciate that.
