Dave Adams Roofing installed a new roof on our 100-year old house ten years ago, and did a perfect job. On the few occasions when shingle came loose after a storm, Dave was there immediately and fixed the problem at no charge. We did a great deal of research prior to select Dave, and we are totally pleased with our decision to hire him.

Not only did they put our roof on 9 years ago they didn't do it right. We thought the 4 hours it took them to rip off the existing roofs and put a whole new one down was phenomenal but I guess it was because they short cut the whole thing. We had them come out again because we have been getting leaks, something we were guaranteed would not happen up to 15 years. But they "could not find our file" showing they put on our roof so we were willing to pay for a repair. Easy enough? Wrong! They went up on our roof and they quoted us repair costs with NO WARRANTY for a "piece of wood" they say was raised- they were the ones who replaced the wood that was damaged from the original roof. After this I had multiple roofers come out and every single one of them told me the original roofers did not put the roof paper down which is supposed to allow water to fall without hitting the actual wood, a water resistant/winterized resistant barrier down under the shingles. I found out all roofers should know to do this, and something they even tell you to do if you do it yourself. Every roofer told me their work was warrantied and never heard of a repair not being so and to be weary of anyone who doesn't warranty their work- red flag. Dave Adams Roofing sent a guy who went up on my roof and obviously saw this but said nothing. Instead, they quote with absolutely NO WARRANTIES on repairs, especially when it was caused by their work? Needless to say, we will never recommend this roofer. We went with and paid another roofer to do the repairs. The new roofer even gave us a 3 year warranty.

Dave Adams replaced our roof 9 years ago and we couldn't have been happier with the workmanship and experience. Dave personally comes out to the house every time I "think" I have a problem at no charge to us. (There has never actually been a problem with the roof!) Dave is currently helping us to solve the mystery behind our leaky chimney. Thanks Dave!!

Dave Adams Installed my roof incorrectly and caused the wood to lift and rot. They were supposed to install in a pyramid pattern but instead installed it as a regular roof with the seams showing. Would never recommend Dave Adam's Roofing !!
