We had our windows installed and were beyond pleased with the end result. The windows were exactly as we had ordered. The father-son team who installed the windows were courteous, professional and meticulous in their labor. After every work day the room they were working in was put back exactly as they saw it. Awesome group who works quickly and effectively. We had our windows replaced when we bought our home almost 5 years ago. They recently came out to service one of the locks and as usual, great customer service. I received an email back quickly and was set up with an appointment almost immediately.

Steve came over and gave us a free estimate. He was very professional and answered all the questions I had for him. Also the price was reasonable, one thing to be fair we had to wait to get them installed. They were backed up due to the weather. Aside from that they came and installed the windows no issues. Excellent service . The installers Brian and Tony really know their business when it comes to installing windows and doors. Always on time and very neat. The whole process went very smooth with Steve and everyone in the office. Would definitely use Northern again for any project.
