March 31, 2018 Alert! I dated this review because of the anonymous favorable comments on their site. In 2015, I used this company for roof replacement as I saw their ad with Home advisor & Angie’s list. My first mistake was not booking through either of them because then I would have more recourse. I called them on my own Big Mistake! Felix came to my home was agreeable and we came to a price and a date.I knew I had made another mistake when while they were working on my porch roof they wouldn’t stop when it was pitch black out. They were working with pen lights in their mouths!I had to tell the many many times to leave the property. How can any type of workmanship be done in the black of night? I was told that they had other jobs that needed to get done. I had to strongly strongly insist that they leave my property which they finally did. I sent a letter concerning this matter to the office manager Nancy letting her know that I was very very dissatisfied with this type of workmanship and have no faith anymore in the company and the work that was being done on my roof. She assured me there was a warranty for 10 years. A couple of weeks ago, I happened to notice some moisture and the paint bubbling in the corner of my dining room ceiling. I traced it up to where the porch roof meets the building. I called the company and they sent a crew out to check it out. I was told that they would remedy the situation. At this time ,I told the worker to have the office manager call me for an appointment. He told me that I did not have to be home at the time they were working. I told him no many times. I make it a point to be on my property when any work is being done and to Make Sure I was called for an appointment by the office manager Nancy. A few days later, unannounced a crew arrived at my home . I was told by Sabino that they were… Here already… And would do me the favor to do it at this time. I told him it was not possible. I needed to leave. He didn’t want to hear it and he went from mild-mannered to shouting, aggressive, and intimidating shouting down behavior. He was yelling that… “ we shouldn’t even be here, because this isn’t our problem. I’m only here because the… Old man… Said to come here make the lady happy. “ I didn’t want to argue with the person in this heightened aggressive state and I had to ask him several times to leave my property. I then called the office manager Nancy and told her what had transpired and she offered her apologies. We set up an appointment for the following week Friday, 3/30 And I specifically said Sabino was not… To come to my property. She Assured me that another crew would come. The appointment for Friday, 3/30 was canceled due to rain and we rescheduled for Saturday, 3/31. I moved many many things around on this busy holiday weekend and inconvenienced many people to be here for the date. I was called this morning and told by Nancy that Sabino‘s crew was the only ones that could come today. Really?....I told her that she had an Entire week to have someone else come here and this was not agreeable. I then made an appointment for what she offered Tuesday or Wednesday first week of April. I made the appointment for Tuesday, April 2. I proceeded to voice my displeasure of the extreme inconvenience of today and now moving things around for Tuesday. Especially that she had an entire week to have a different crew come here. At this point, she was screaming her displeasure and she wouldn’t let me speak and continued to shout me down. She said I, the customer am the problem that there’s a reason that she’s yelling at me and that Sabino yelled at me. That she gave me a good deal three years ago and that they shouldn’t even have to come here and remedy the situation . Imagine? Even if A company feels the customer is wrong, this type of behavior is inexcusable. Lesson learned, I wish I would’ve read some of these reviews before I hired them . Stay AWAY👎🏻
These guys showed up when promised, did a great job on my roof, finished when they said they would, cleaned up beautifully after they finished, charged a fair price, and let me know what other kind of work they could do around my house. What more could I ask? Plus, they were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
The ABSOLUTE WORST company we have ever worked with. They gave us a quote, sent us a work order, confirmed a work date, and then never showed up. For almost 2 months we called every 3 days and spoke to the office manager Nancy who constantly gave us the run around and said that Sabino would show up 2 days later. HE NEVER SHOWED UP and Nancy still claims that the work will be done! Do NOT work with these people!
