Have had Richard's Roofing since 2012 when he put a new roof over my kitchen/dining room as well as portal. Also inspects for problem areas and updates. Wonderful, professional, pleasant service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
I needed a new roof because my current roof was leaking. Richard's roofing came out to give me and estimate and within 2 days of my estimate started a new roof on my house. He helped me pick out a color that would work and match what was already on my house. They were professional and very efficient. They did a wonderful job. Happy with my new roof. It looks great.
Richard's Roofing has done quite a bit of work for us & his work, as well as work ethics is more than excellent. I recommend Richard's Roofing highly. He does high quality work and backs up his work. He is also a very pleasant individual.
I needed a new roof. Richards Roofing gave me the best price compared to the other estimates I got. They came and did a fantastic job on my roof. No leaks, it looks great, long warranty, and a very professional job. They even come back to check on my roof! They really know what they are doing! Los Alamos county is allowing unbonded fly by night Albuquerque roofers to rip people off. Don't let this happen to you! Go with Richards Roofing!
Bought a house with a roof recently replaced by Richards Roofing. Under strong rain the roof is leaking. Presumably the roof has a 10-year warranty, which in reality means nothing. First, it's hard to contact the company for anything. Second, the guy keeps saying that the roof is all great and it is the vent installed incorrectly and causes the leak. Even when all the vents are completely closed/covered, the leak is still there. The roof has at least 2 major design problem. First, the shingles are not designed to withstand hail damage, and hail is common here. Second, the place where the shingles meet the flat roof of the garage, it is the lowest point of the flat roof, with no proper drain path organized. The standing water in this area is just unavoidable by design. Once it's there, it slowly drains from the roof into the house causing the leak. Moreover, when the rain is too strong, the water level gets so high the water can easily get under the first 1 or even 2 layers of the shingles, which amplifies the leak. Nothing was possible to do to make the company even admit this. Had to deal with the problem myself, minimize the standing water by adding another layer of tar on the flat roof and merging it with the shingles. The standing water is now pushed away from the place where the leak was, so under the regular rain there is no problem. The slope of the flat roof is yet not enough for the proper drain, so the water does not go away. During the strong rain the standing water still gets high to leak under the shingles. Other reviews suggests that the company installs/replaces roofs fast, but does it mean quality? What happens after? Wrong design, wrong materials, wrong drain... Need more?..
