I noticed a leak and was able to get an emergency fix on a Friday afternoon before the snow came. They were very professional, prompt and fixed the problem on the first visit!!!! They also did a quick assessment of the entire roof and gave me some future areas of concern and some suggestions on how to be proactive and preventative. Great company, I highly recommend you go with the professionals, don’t waste your time paying twice with amateurs.

Am very disappointed with McPartlon Roofing. Paid them in good faith, in advance for the full job - my mistake in trusting the firm. They called several weeks later and said they could not make it that day because they had leaking roofs in Santa Fe, so needed to put off the job - but they had never called me in the first place to let me know they were coming out that particular day. Unreliable and careless with their communications. I called multiple times for a reschedule and never heard back from them. Finally several months later, with snow covering my roof and great frustration, I cancelled the request for work and asked for a refund of the money I had paid upfront. After four weeks of calling every week, I finally received a check - minus $103.58. I called, telling them the check was short. Gabrielle Martinez of their office explained that they had deducted from my refund amount the credit card fee that the roofing company was charged by the credit card company for my charge, per the owner, Hilary McPartlon. That fee should have been refunded to me, since I apparently was charged it in the first place by the roofing company, unlike most businesses that consider credit card usage fees a cost of doing business. McPartlon's did not notify me that in case of a cancelled job and a refund, I would be charged their credit card usage fee and would, therefore, not be refunded that cost. This charge was not broken out in the invoice or the receipt I received from them. I feel this is a very unprofessional thing to do to a customer, unethical as well. I would like to caution all potential customers of this company to be aware of this and be careful of using McPartlon's.

Our roof replacement was a big job, but McPartlon Roofing did it promptly and thoroughly. As can sometimes happen, there was a small leak that was discovered several months later when it finally rained, but they came out immediately and did an excellent repair job. No problems since.

Oh my. A roofer that shows up on time. Gives an honest reasonable quote and then delivers more than expected. I can't say enough about Brian McPartlpn Roofing. I had called pretty much everyone in Santa Fe and for the most part got either no response or I needed a new roof . McPartlon roofing answered their phone (what a concept). Made an appointment and showed up on time. My quote was very reasonable. I didn't need a new roof. Patch a few spots and viola. The roofer also showed up on time. Found a couple extra spots and patched them also at no additional charge. I will only use them in the future. I will only recommend Brian McPartlon in the future.

The crew showed up as scheduled and did a good job. The only hitch was in completing the city inspection due to illness on the part of the crew foreman. this stretched out the completion day by several weeks.
