Would be a 0 if I could. Worst customer service here! First of all they closed early just because they had a busy day. How lazy! Then, management pushed us out the door. I could of seen if we were just looking but we were there to do buisness. They could care less about our situation.

The younger employees have a chip on their shoulders. They really try to act like cops and avoid pleasant communication by giving short answers to my questions. The older gentleman was much more knowledgeable and helpful

Standing in line for 15 minutes with one person at the counter. many other metal stores in ABQ. Won't be back.

Customer service is lame waited for ever and was basically ignored till I decided I'll go elsewhere.
