Where to start my claim was file and started on sept 2018 and to the day has still not been completed. I was contact by the owner once in December 2018 and the other two times I have had to contact the company after two notices by the city for expiration of my building permit. Well now we are into April and I notice the permit is gone from my window but no work for the company. But now I have try to call them and the voicemail is full. So is it because of complaints or they just don’t know how to take care of business. I just want this over. I would not recommend this company to fix anything in my home. I do like the roof and the workers who put it up but the management/sale side of this business is all talk with little action. I will be contacting the BBB ON THIS ONE.
Damian was great and handled my insurance company directly and was there when the adjusters showed up. At first the claim was denied by the adjuster and Damian insisted that we dispute his findings and request a second adjuster inspect the roof. Upon a 2nd inspection the adjuster agreed with Damian and approved replacing my roof. Unfortunately the weather changed quickly on the day the roof was to be removed. Tremendous effort was exhausted to get the new roof on and heavily tarp what was exposed before the storm, unfortunately the heavy rain with hail penetrated. Needless to say there was lots of damage in my home from the Rain. However, the owner came to my home personally and assured me that everything would get fixed to my satisfaction like new. He assigned my home repairs to his supervisor Geno which turned out to be a blessing. Geno took control and assigned contractors to tear out drywall, replace insulation, remove and install new hardwood floors, paint and sent a final cleanup crew to detail the inside of my home. He even sent a stucco company to re-stucco the beat up roof parapets. Unfortunately, my experience may have been as bad as it could have possibly been for a new roof install, however I would recommend this company even more as I have seen firsthand that they stand behind their word and their work while doing everything possible to keep me satisfied. Geno called almost daily throughout the roofing and repairs project to see how everything was going and if something needed to be addressed then he followed up 100% every time. In fact, I am writing this review today after 20 hours of rain fall and again I received another follow up call from Damian just to make sure my home is leak free. This company and staff displayed excellent professional follow up, integrity and accountability. I highly recommend Xpress Roofing without hesitation.
I won't mention any names, but Xpress did my roof. I had a very unpleasant transaction with the owner and one of his "project managers". I had some of my fixtures become loose because of the nature of the job which is understandable. The owner took care of that. A couple days passed and I noticed a 36" crack on my ceiling. I brought it up to the owner's attention and he made it seem like I was trying to get a free repair. (Crack was not there prior to the installation) He tried do duck the repair pretty intensely. Furthermore, they started ignoring my phone calls and texts, so I told the owner to don't worry about the crack. I will take care of it. Also, it took them a long time for me to receive my final receipt of the transaction. If you want awesome, prompt communication, you've been warned. If you want damages to actually be fixed if they break something, you've been warned.
I had some issues with the project manager who I worked with and some other problems along the way. The owner of the company called me and sent someone out the very next day to correct the problems. They were very receptive once they were aware of the problems I had. The crew they sent was very polite and professional and every effort was made to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome.
Matt buston thinks he can spam this unethical company ads in places they don't belong. Grow some ethics and stop it.
