I had my roof done by Juan Montoya last month. They did an amazing job. He came out to give me a free estimate and I immediately felt I could trust him. He was not pushy at all, unlike the other contractors I dealt with before him. He also gave me many options to accommodate my budget. He provided me with material pamphlets so that I could research the products he uses. In the end i went with the best option (which his price was much lower than the other 3 roofers) and I was completely satisfied with the work done, the timing, and they left my yard cleaner than it was when the crew came out the first day. I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and at the very least get an estimate from him.

Great and easy experience dealing with Juan. Came out for the bid within a couple days from me first contacting him. Showed up when he said he would and even gave me a reminder call before our scheduled time. His bid was below the others I had received. He addressed any issues I had to my satisfaction no questions asked. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and able to answer any question I asked. Highly recommend!
