Can't get them to call me back. Completely no response after multiple phone calls and emails. If they are too busy for new projects just say so. Makes me wonder if they would actually show up to do the work if I hired them.

We were very pleased with the work we had done on our roof. This company came highly recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The quote was thorough and included pictures of the problem areas. We also got pictures when the work was completed. Should we need work in the future, we would certainly use them again.

My repair was completed in 1.5 hours and remains intact after our most recent windstorm. Windclips were installed on the first two rows of tiles and looks to be an excellent job. However, overall customer service has some shortfalls. The crew arrived two hours late, at 10 AM rather than the 8 AM initially stated. I had to call to find out the truck broke down since no one called me and was told they would arrive by 9:30. They worked from 10 to 11 and promptly stopped work to take their one hour lunch. The work resumed at 12 noon and was completed by 12:37. It seems that since they were 2 hours late, the work should have continued until complete. Nothwithstanding this customer service glitch, I would use D&L Roofing again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

The guys from D&L Roofing are super great workers. They were here to get the job done on our roof and only stopped long enough for small breaks then they were back on the roof working again. I must say they were very efficient workers and work well as a team. Hoping the management team of D&L Roofing appreciates these fine men that are a valuable asset to their company. The management team itself worked with us throughout having to deal with our insurance company...the insurance company was more of a pain than anyone. But, putting that aside, the checks came, the checks were endorsed and the work begun as promised. Thank you D&L Roofing for great service.

I have used D&L roofing on two homes here in Las Vegas. I know the works is going to be done right the 1st time and I feel they are honest and upfront regarding the scope of the work that must be done to complete the job right...no cutting corners or adding unnecessary labor to drive up the price. It's done right and they show up when they say they will show up. I have referred them to several people and have had no complaints.
