We were prepared for potentially expensive repairs because the leak was under some solar panels. Jess informed us the roof was generally in good shape, quickly diagnosed our problem (an isolated leak around a panel footing), and fixed it . As a courtesy to us and our mutual friend, there was no charge! Instead of encountering a costly, complicated repair job, we met an honest and generous man who does good work.
