They didbmy parents roof a couple of years ago and they said they would return to fix the ceiling from a mistake. They have not done that and everytime they call to follow up on it, they leave a message with no return call. Horrible customer service if you ask me. They started they would fix the problem but yet, are not honoring what they said.

We hire Sutryk and Son to replace our roof and install new gutters. They gave us enough detail to make a decision on roofing issues. The team was polite, cleaned up each day, and met their schedule. Sutryk & Son replaced our roof, facia and gutters. Their quote had sufficient detail to fully evaluate what was being provided. They provided an installation schedule in advance of the work and stuck to the schedule. The work site was cleaned daily and workmanship was very good. Communications were good with the office and workers at the job site. We were very satisified with their work.
