Couldn’t have asked for a better result! After receiving multiple quotes I decided to have M property replace my roof this May. The assessor Bob was amazing. Bob was down to earth and easy to work with! Michelle kept me well informed throughout the process. The craftsmanship was just as good. Looks gorgeous! Didn’t find one nail in my driveway after they left!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had to have my roof replaced due to wind damage/loss of shingles. Bob, the salesman, gave me a quote and then came back when my insurance claims adjuster showed up to advocate on my behalf. I procured several other quotes, but ended up going with M Property, largely due to the extra effort put forth by Bob. I signed and accepted the quote on a Saturday morning, and within 3 hours, the foreman was at my house, putting a tarp over the worst of the damage. (On a Saturday. Talk about service.) John, the foreman, and his crew were wonderful - very courteous, very respectful of my property, and they cleaned up everything exceedingly well when they were through. Michelle in the office was great to work with and kept me informed. I highly recommend M Property.

Great company. Very reasonable price, quality work on new garage roof and minor vinyl siding repair. Michelle and rest of the staff were great to work with. Will use again for future projects.
