An outstanding company and job. Bid was several thousand dollars below their main competitor, work was done efficiently and effectively. Great communication before, during, and after work completion. Beautiful roof work, protected shrubs, great clean-up, polite and helpful staff and installers. Couldn't think of anything more I could have asked!
Cameron roofing was fantastic the estimates were spot on.The work was done exactly as written. The workers had a great attitude like they enjoyed coming to work always polite when you spoke to them. The foreman was great if anything was in question he immediately came to me. The workers were always on time. The cleanup was outstanding didn't look like they were even here. My wife and I would definitely recommend Cameron
The Cameron team did an excellent job, they were very professional and courteous. They completed the job on time and I was impressed with their work ethics and quality of work. I have large gardens surrounding my home and Ben and his team were very careful not to damage the trees and plants, which was very important to me. They were not the cheapest nor the the most expensive. Their quote was fair and my home looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Cameron! Lou Tartaglia
From the time the crew came until the time I paid the bill to the owner , it was an unprofessional process. The crew was loud, swearing and cussing; so much so that the neighbors complained to me. The wife of the lead roofer was doing a great job clearing roofing nails from my lawn, but then they got into an argument and he sent her home. She never came back the 2nd day, and they left hundreds of nails on my lawn, just a quick cleanup with a weak magnetic broom. After 5 years, the shingles repeatedly blow off the ridge cap. The problem is that the "open" end of the shingles face the West, into the wind, acting like wings that lifted them off . Had they been installed using a little common sense, they would have been placed facing the East. Also, when they cut the hole for the bathroom fan vent it was off center and I couldn't re-attach the vent hose in the attic. I can't climb like I used to, and I now I am looking at 2 more roof cap shingles sitting loose on the roof...I just replaced a half dozen shingles 2 weeks ago. I now have to pay to get the ridge cap re-done.The BBB is my next stop, where the owner said at the time his reputation was spotless. I am sure by now it has other complaints. Do not use these people, they will talk the talk, but then don't walk the walk. This probably will not make their web site, but I hope someone sees this. All I ever expect is a good job for the buck, and they don't deliver. Peace and Love.
We have owned several homes over the course of 40 years. We have done several major projects. However, we never have had a new roof installed until this week. I initially contacted 5 roofing contractors online. I heard from 3 and did not hear from the other 2. The 3 companies all had equal opportunity to submit their roofing proposals. I disregarded the lowest price and considered the 2 options. We decided to go with Cameron for the following reasons that are important to us. Matt Cameron was punctual, polished, and well prepared. He walked the property with me, answered all questions respectfully, and made some verbal recommendations. He stated we would have the proposal within 24 hours, and we did receive it as promised. The pricing was fair and market based. When scheduling the installation, I dealt with Brian Cameron who also was very accommodating. When I had a scheduling conflict with what he offered, although it meant moving some things around on his end, he too was respectful of our situation and made it happen. The crew that installed the roof was led by Tom. Each man worked extremely hard, non stop, except for their breaks. They worked as a team with each helping the other. The few times I went and checked on the progress, regardless of who I talked to, they were all well spoken and addressed any and all questions. The cleanup was flawless in spite of the fact that a complete tear off does generate quite a bit of debris. Basically the culture that has been established at Cameron is illustrated by the attitudes of the employees. Final walk through was performed with the owner and founder, Mr Dave Cameron, who was genuinely concerned that everything was performed to our satisfaction. There were 2 things that was shared with Dave and both were taken care of immediately. Being in a service industry myself, I appreciate business people that don’t make excuses, and are problem solvers. I would recommend Cameron for roofing and although I have not had experience with any of their other services, considering the culture, the staff, and the ownership, I’m confident that you can’t go wrong.
