Fall weather and I finally decide it's time for a new roof. Russell had the best reviews so I gave him a call. That's when he hits me with reality and tells me he has a couple of weeks of work and winter's coming. He says to call around and try to find someone to beat the snow, but if I cant, call him back. Seven other roofers called - four no answer and no calls back, one answered and said he would call back but didn't, two said no "winter is coming" and they were done. Russ fit me in, and after a little trouble with the date, ALL BUSINESS. Roof went on, no problems and in mid 30 November temps. His crew were all work and polite. He didn't have to take the job, but did and did it like a pro. Thanks Russ and crew, we appreciate your service. It's hard to trust people in these times, but Russell and crew did a great job and just like he said. He even saved money off the contract with some material, and I got the savings, not his pocket!

We had Northeastern put a new roof on of our houses and they did a fantastic job. Very professional, extremely fair price, hard working, and one thing that really impressed us when the job was done the cleanup was fantastic. Having grandkids running around outside that was very important to us. Anyone in the Mohawk Valley who needs a new roof or just some repairs give Russell and his crew at Northeastern a call.
