I have used this company for 20 years. Ken the owner has always made effective recommendations on some odd roof styles and is reasonably priced. The crew is very nice & friendly all the time. They are prompt and work steadily until the job is complete each day they are here. They clean up pretty good too. I recommend this company.

Can't say enough good things about the guys who fixed my roof. They came right over did an outstanding job. So courteous. They knew what they were doing. Cleaned up the mess. They were worth every penny I paid them.

I highly recommend Shear Construction, they did a superb job on our new roof, were very considerate of our neighbors and not leaving a mess after they done. They picked up everything and I would highly recommend them and use them again!

The guys were punctual, cleaned up all the debris and no issues. Would definitely use them again.

Told me they would come by a certain time to do an estimate, showed up 2 hours late. The guy was rude and appeared uninterested, I guess because I didn't need all my roofing redone or my entire house resided. Was at the house for maybe 5 minutes and barely looked at anything, said I don't have time to get on the roof right now. He said maybe I'll have time to stop by tomorrow to get on the roof. Of course no one came the next day or even called. If the work is too small for the company just say so, if any of my neighbors need roofing I would tell them not to call this company.
