I am very pleased to come across Lou and Hastings Roofing. I had a great experience from the moment I spoke to him over the phone. He picked up the phone right away and was able to come to my house on short notice. His estimate was very fair, considering the materials and the requirement to complete the job quickly. Lou and his crew did a fantastic job repairing our roof. His crew was punctual, friendly and very conscientious about clean up. The roof looks beautiful, and so far, after several heavy rains, works perfectly. The best thing about Lou is that you can trust him. Understaffed- most of the time, no one answers the phone. Not direct- if they don’t want to do a project, instead of saying no, they delay, don’t return emails or phone calls. Hard to schedule- they come only when they can and do not agree to arrange certain dates for work to be done, so they just show up sometimes. Seem nice though.

Had a complete tear off and a brand new roof put on. These guys did an excellent job from start to finish, including cleaning up the yard better than It was before they started. From the top down: Lou jr. with a very fair price quote, Dennis keeping me informed of when the job will get done and Angelo and Fabio to name a couple of the roofers. I would highly recommend them!!

Hastings was very responsive, competitively priced with a professional installation team. I initially called them for a roof estimate and it was better than 2 others i received, so i asked about siding and they were also competitive so i ended up doing both. The crew was professional, cleaned up daily, kept me up to speed on the progress and did a great job. We are very happy with the experience.

I called Hastings after a storm when a tree fell on my garage roof. They gave me estimates for a half garage repair and they gave me estimates for repair of the damaged area. I decided to just have them repair the damage. It looks great and I’m happy i dud not do more. My insurance covered the whole thing. I have used them for years I trust and recommend them all the time. They don’t put a sign on your lawn (I do not like it when companies put a sign in your lawn then tske 6 weeks to come and fix it), they come when they say they’re going to come. They work quickly and efficiently and everything was fixed perfectly when they were done. As usual I was completely satisfied.
