LeClair did the roof on my condo. While the roof is fine, they left behind tons of roofing nails, shingles, and plastic packaging in our yard. There are so many nails that we find between 2-10 each time we go outside. We contacted them several times but no one came to pick up the mess. This is unacceptable; I have two small children and a dog, and many neighbors who also use the yard have kids and dogs. This is a huge hazard and to not clean it up (wouldn’t take long to do a magnetic sweep!) is atrocious. Would NEVER recommend.
