Today we had 2 picture windows installed purchased at Window Depot NY. Everyone we worked with at Window Depot was very helpful, especially Joe and Jan and the prices were fair. The installation went smoothly and we were most appreciative that the installers were so respectful of our home, leaving it as spotless as the found it! We highly recommend this company and the installers Nick and his dad! Great job guys!

I needed to replace just one standard double hung window and many of the other places I asked for a quote from were either too expensive or wouldn’t take the job for just one window. Fortunately, I happened to come across Window Depot and went to visit their showroom first and got a really good quote for what appeared to be a good quality window. owner Rob and general manager Joe were very helpful in explaining the features of the window and the installation process. Decided to move forward and met with Bill shortly after to get a measurement and go sign all the paperwork. Was told that the lead time would be about 3 weeks. Got a call the next morning from Joe and much to my surprise told me that they happened to have a window in stock for my size and asked me if I was available that day to get it installed! Moreover, the owner Rob was the one who came by to help with the installation. Rob and his crew were quick and efficient. Window and installation looked great. Very pleased with the price and overall value. Definitely would recommend and will be getting more windows replaced with Window Depot!

I had over 20 windows and 3 doors replace a year and a half ago by Window Depot and I believe it was the best decision I made for my home. I went with triple pane windows and fiberglass doors and I see a difference in my utility bills and comfort of my home. My salesman Bill was extremely helpful and answered the MANY questions I had throughout the process. The installers were fantastic, especially Craig, T, and George. They left my home neat and clean and also patiently answered every question I had for them. I've had to call Window Depot for service a few times and am happy to say that they came out and made the adjustments to my satisfaction and to its completion. The customer service I received from Shelly, Rob, and Joe was great. Shelly was especially joyful and helpful. I have already recommended this company to several friends and co-workers, and will continue to do so.

Robert came to the house measured for 10 windows in our front room. In less then 2 weeks time he had the windows built and installed. Removed and re-installed all mounding very clean and professional made all repairs prior to leaving. Crew was respectful clean and prompt. I already have them starting another project next week !! Highly Recommended

I had my house done by window depot they were amazing the crew was clean smart the work was done at a very high quality. After 10 company gave me prices no one could touch the prices of window depot they beet everyone by thousands. I also had some trouble getting financing but not them. The truly best part of this is the GM his name is Joe. He came to my house 4 times to check on the job. I was so grateful for all of the help he blew me away. Joe is a rock star and no one can compare with him. Please ask Joe to give you my phone number if you want me to give you a verbal approval my self that is the least I can do for this amazing company.
