Everything about this company is top notch, from the salesman, Albert, to the foreman Anthony and his crew, to the owner Mike. I have dealt with many home improvement companies over the years but not even one can compare to the level of Safeguard. The work is perfection and Mike would accept nothing less from his workers. He even came by after a rain storm to make sure everything was good. Everyone is personable and pleasure to work with. I will recommend Safeguard to anyone looking to do a roof, siding or any home improvement that this company does.

The owner Mike and workers did an excellent job renovating the outside of our home. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. After a couple years of putting off getting our roof done, we finally couldn’t anymore due to a leaky roof in our laundry room. So we received some estimates and decided to go with Safeguard. From the beginning Albert was wonderful. He showed up on time and was a pleasure to work with. He had great communication and answered any and all of our many questions. We were difficult clients, as we already knew what we wanted before even talking product. Mostly because you usually only do this type of thing once and it usually sets you back some. What we wanted ended up having to be special ordered which wasn’t a problem for Al and his team. Also we got a price we couldn’t say no to, especially being in the bind that we were. After install, literally the day after, we had a huge rain and wind storm and one or two of the roof tiles never got a chance to settle so they came off. I texted Al and within the hour it was fixed. During the initial estimate, he mentioned that they pride themselves on living up to their product and their word which is what they definitely did. Special thanks to Al, mike, Anthony and the foreman who came to fix the two tiles. He was so adorable and sweet and even offered to pick up little pieces of debris from the rain storm they I didn’t even know were there. I already have recommended them and will continue to do so. Safeguard Roofing replaced my roof last week, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Mike responded quickly when I requested an estimate and was very helpful and personable when he came by to inspect the roof. My roof had been leaking for several years, and was in very bad shape, so, I knew it would need to be fully replaced. Something that I appreciated most, was that he did a thorough inspection of the area, by checking the whole roof, chimney, plywood, and looked in the attic, to check for any water damage. I had about 10 estimates done in total, and Mike was the only one who went up to the attic to assess any damage. He then sat down and discussed with me what he found that needed to be done, including what was necessary, as well as options that I could choose to include. I never felt pressured into additional costs or work to be done, and I felt confident that my decisions on what was proposed to me were fully respected. Mike sat with me and worked out a plan based on my budget, and gave me a more than fair price. He was flexible in what worked with my schedule and any changes that I made prior to having the job done. I was impressed with how easy he was to contact, and how quickly he responded when needed. Mike and his crew removed and replaced my roof, all in one day, and when I came home from work, the entire yard was completely cleared, with no debris or mess, as if they had never been there. Though, my beautiful new roof was proof that they had been! They even came back a few days later, to check around the property, in case anything that was agreed upon, was not done. For something that I had been dreading for years, due to the enormity of the job, and how unsure I was about even being able to afford a whole new roof, working with Mike and Safeguard Roofing was an incredibly positive experience, and they put me completely at ease. My roof looks beautiful, as well as the shutters that I asked them to install, and I no longer cringe when I drive up to my house, and see the roof. Thank you, Mike and Safeguard Roofing, for helping me deal with such a big project on my house, and making me feel at ease from start to finish. They are a class act, and I highly recommend their services if you are in need of any roofing/siding/windows, or other outside work on your home. I still can’t believe that a week after I met up with them, that my roof was completed. And now I finally don’t mind when it rains!!
