We recently had our roof replaced by Ron Ferris & Son. I just want to say they are amazing. Exceptional quality work, integrity, high standards in what & how they install. Their knowledge of proper roofing materials & procedures is impressive. Plus such attention to detail, even down to the protection of our plantings and practically immaculate cleanup! We feel so fortunate to have gotten a recommendation to use them. They are an amazing family run business. Darlene was so patient and helpful, responding to my questions immediately, always with a smile in her voice, despite my frequent calls in deciding a shingle color. Ron himself is old fashioned in his attitude of do it right, do it cleanly, and go the extra mile for your customer & charge a very fair price. His son Matt is even more so, especially in customer consideration. Matt patiently answered every one of our multiple questions, explaining each step based on sound roofing knowledge. He and his team worked very diligently & professionally, and finished our roof earlier than expected. At our home they even erected a wooden teepee barrier of 4x8’s to protect my tall plants! Their cleanup was so thorough, and done every day before leaving. They installed HUGE tarps to catch every bit of debris, and even blew the roof clean each night. Even in putting up ladders, they would put a support in the gutter so it wouldn’t dent. They truly care about every little detail! I can’t say enough . Stunning roof, Exceptional workmanship, Very highly recommended!
