Absolute waste of my time. Job was described over the phone, roofing repairs, exterior trim repair, and new deck off attached garage. Was told on the phone it was rather extensive work. When estimator arrived he was obviously not pleased with the work that would be required and interrupted me before I even got 5 minutes into description outside. Told me it would be an "astronomical" cost and told me to find someone else. Was rude and just left. Thanks a lot.

Surety Construction rehabbed majority of my home that was closed up for almost 10 years. They worked with my 203k rehab loan which involved a lot of patience and planning and they successfully completed their end of the work in a timely fashion. We are so happy with Surety Construction Company! We just had our roof redone - a complete tear-off - in less than a week! Mind = blown! The price was great. The team was easy to work with, professional and tidied up every day. And the roof looks so so so good. We also had Surety scrape and paint our old West Side house last fall, which was a similarly terrific experience, especially given our stress about the presence of lead in the paint.
