Gary was fantastic to deal with. He spent a lot of time with us answering our questions. The crew was fantastic as well. German was extremely professional and took care of any little things I mentioned. Everyone was straight forward and made sure we were happy with our new siding. Very pleasant experience.

Really happy with the courtesy Chris showed me. He came out to give me an estimate and took time to go over everything with me. I called him back again and he went over everything again, and was really patient. Everyone else was great to work with as well, and Alpha did a good job replacing the few windows I had. I am very happy with the windows and work completed.

Everyone from sales to finish at the company treated me like family. I was between three colors on the siding, and they took the time to accommodate me and work with me to find the color I wanted. The crew that did the work was extremely friendly and they took care of anything I asked for. Overall extremely satisfied.

Terrific job on our new siding and windows by Alpha!! Big thanks to Gary and Peter for their expertise and the work they did on our home. Everyone from start to finish showed a great deal of professionalism and paid close attention to details. We are very excited with the new style of our home and are glad we were able to have it ready for the winter as we head into spring.

My first home they did a great job. My next home I hired them again. I came home from work and I heard birds outside with all windows closed. My old windows and storms were tighter than my new windows. They came back many times. Was told they never were corked or sealed. Nothing worked.Had illness in family and gave up. When I called again for another broken seal was told alpha was out of business and reopened as alpha window and siding. And could fix my window for 350.00 . Life time warranty useless. Should of posted this years ago. Just learning now how to. Think about alpha and the terrible job they did every day when I hear outside noise or drafts. Hope they have gotten better
