Mohammad was great! Reasonable price for roof and even fixed the steps on staircase. He did great work with his crew in less than 3 days. I highly recommend him if you need your roof repaired and or other home repair.

We hired a different roofing company to replace our flat roof on our townhouse and ended up with more leaks than before. Every night that it rained, we ended up with leaks in the house and no matter how many times them came to fix it, they never could. Totally distraught with their work, we hired Mohammad to fix their mistakes, re-side our bulkhead, replace our bulkhead roof, add a new gutter, and fix some damage to our roof door. After one full day of work at a totally reasonable price, we are leak free for the first time in months. I was finally able to sleep through the night, confident that our roof issues are over with. Mohammad and his team were fast, courteous, upfront, and very communicative on what we needed to have done. He never tried to upsell me or do more work than was necessary, but he also didn't cut a single corner. He noticed issues that the other roofers didn't and was able to diagnose our problem in 10 minutes. Our roof looks wonderful now and I can say with confidence that I know his work will hold up. Even if it doesn't he guarantees all of his work and he even contacted me the past two days after it rained to make sure that there were no more leaks. Take it from someone who has been burned before, Mohammad is the man to solve your roof issues. Don't make the same mistake I did - go with SAS from the start.

Mohammad and his workers did a great job fixing a leak on our roof that had been damaged due to age and shoddy repair by a no name roofer. He managed to get it fixed and a few weeks later were doing great so far after many days of rain. They were all very nice and came over himself to give me a fair estimate for the work involved with several options based on our situation. Would highly recommend!

SAS just did a comprehensive exterior waterproofing/resealing on our 3 floor coop. We had been getting mysterious signs of water seeping in through brick. They came and diagnosed that the exterior walls were in pretty bad shape and needed resealing. It was very good timing to learn this, because soon after - following more of this years crazy rain storms - some of the old plaster/stucco had started to fall off! We hired Mohammad and crew for the job and found them to be professional, courteous and conscientious. As they worked they discovered other areas where stucco was dangerously loose, and replaced it. They also removed an epic vine covering an entire wall and repaired another wall in the garden area that was also crumbling. All of this happened efficiently and with very little stress. Great job!!
