After getting quotes and looking at the materials offered by other roofing companies, we made the decision to go with New Steel Roofers. The installers were professional and they responded to questions immediately. We noticed a small issue following the install and they returned within 24 hours of us calling to correct the issue. Three years later and we could not be happier with the roof. Despite some hesitation about noise, the stone coated steel roof is quieter than our previous normal shingled roof and looks great, most do not even know it is steel until they take a closer look! Great customer service by all who we spoke too from the office to the installers.
