I did not have my window installed yet. But I was highly recommended to Tri state by friends and family and was told to ask for the owners son Andreas. I just ordered a few days ago. I met Andreas in the showroom in deer park he gave me a demonstration on the quality of the windows as well as a full factory tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and caring. So far so good!

From the sales process, to installation, Tri State Window Factory was 100% courteous and professional . Our installer Carlos was amazing! He took the time necessary to make sure all 18 new windows were completed perfectly. We also had 2 new storm doors installed and although one was the wrong size, they corrected the order and had it installed within the week. With an old brick house, I expected a ton of issues but there were none! I highly recommend them. Process was easy, I wasted time worrying for no reason. I had my entire house of windows done with Tri State and I couldn’t be more happy. My house is so much warmer now. I did my research on many different company’s and Tri state has the lowest u factor. The lower the number the more efficient the window is. Also when they installed They were extremely clean and very informative being that I had so many questions. I would highly recommend !
