I wish I could give 0 stars. We purchased our house in 2014 with the understanding that it had a new roof installed by Ohrt and Goodman within the past 5 years. Within one year of owning the house, there were leaks. After an extensive process, we learned that the gutters and roof were installed incorrectly, and that the only way to repair the roof would be to tear off and start anew. Amazingly, Ohrt and Goodman servicemen came out and confirmed what many other roofing companies had said, that the roof was installed incorrectly, and it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen done before. I contacted the owner, Don Goodman about this, and asked if we could come to an arrangement to repair the roof. After taking four months of not getting back to me despite constant calls and messages, I finally received word that the only thing that they would be willing to do was charge us full price for a new tear off roof. It should be noted, we weren't looking for a free roof, but simply a discount since BY THEIR OWN ADMISSION, the roof was installed terribly. If this situation ever becomes remedied I will amend this review accordingly, but as it stands I would avoid Ohrt & Goodman at ANY cost. Do not risk what we have gone through with them.

They did such an amazing job on our roof! Don was very professional from the estimate all the way through the end of the job. Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you so much!
