These guys are a class act! They worked hard, and did such a quality job. They kept their promise of the time frame given with the obstacle of the rain we have been having. Highly recommend them!

These guys did a roof on my neighbors house last week. Between then and now I’ve got 3 roofing nails in my tires. Coincidence? Or do they need to clean up after themselves better.

JCAP did our roof in 2011 and it has continually had issues since then. They did come out a few times to assist with what needed to be fixed but even then, my roof is still leaking to this day. For the last year, I’ve called them multiple times and spoke to someone about the issue. They always said they would come by and never did. For the amount of money I paid for this roof and based on the conversation I had with Joe right before I hired them, I would have expected much better service than I have received. I hate to potentially impact someone’s livelihood, but my roof leaks and they are have not performed the exemplary service they said they would.

Avoid! Joe does not return calls or finish his work. Poor follow up and customer service.
