My initial visit with Corey was very pleasant. They were welcoming, professional and seemed excited about the potential business. I left this visit feeling sure that we would end up going with Core for our kitchen remodel.Corey told me he would email us an estimate within a few days. Well, 1 MONTH went by and I had not received anything. I called and alerted them that I had not yet received an estimate. I was assured he was notified and would be sending it shortly. Did not receive. Called back a few days later, again they gave me the run around that they would send via email, never received. I even called once more and after not receiving the estimate I gave up. I was not going to write a review but the whole situation was just so unprofessional and not how a business should treat a potential costumer. We have since found an amazing kitchen designer and are starting our job this week but felt I should warn others about Core.
