We are very happy with our new roof. Brad and the crew who replaced the roof were great to work with. They were very careful with our landscape and windows and the clean up was outstanding. Brad help with the insurance company was also outstanding. He made the whole process a lot easier to deal with.

Carter Exteriors came to my house and guided me through the process of getting my roof replaced after a recent wind storm. Austin came and helped with the insurance and made the process as painless as possible and in ways helped with the coverage so that out of pocket expense was minimal. The workers were professional in working around our house, protecting the during the repair. There was nothing for me to do after they had completed the job in one day and the yard looked as if no one was there to work on the roof. The work was professional, quick and looks great!!

Austin and his company were fantastic. He helped me fight my insurance company after the big wind storm blew many shingles off my roof and the insurance co. tried to give only a small amount to cover a repair. Austin got an independent inspector to come out and I got covered for a whole new roof. I'm very happy with the work and have gotten compliments from neighbors on the roof.
