Just before my birthday, water fell through the roof in my living room. My son found Don Carlos in the Internet, gave him a call and Don Carlos arrived the next day. He inspected the damage and was very honest. “The roof needs an urgent care” he said. Very fair with the cost of work. Don Carlos and his team did an excellent job. My experience with Carlos, Edgar and their team from Installation Service & Repair have been truly wonderful. The attention and service I received for the removal and installation for a new roof have been excellent. Before they started to work, Carlos showed me the materials, insulation that was going to be installed as agreed in the proposal. He also provided step by step photos of the work throughout the whole process. After the roof was completed, he made sure to answer any questions and concerns, and called two days after to follow up. His knowledge and experience made the whole process from beginning to end go very smoothly. I could not recommend Carlos and his team more highly to anyone who is looking to replace a roof.

From my first conversation with Carlos, my impression was that he was very knowledgeable about roofs. He was easy to work with, returned my calls in a timely fashion and was personable. He quickly assessed where our leak was coming from and negotiated a fair price. He completely replaced our main roof and smaller patio roof. He also installed two vents, covered over a faulty one, raised up our skylight, built and replaced our cock loft, and built a new copper drain pipe all in 8 hours. We were very pleased with his team and the work they did. I highly recommend them!
