Flat roof solutions has been working on my buildings for 10 years now from little annoying leaks to changing an entire roof on one of my buildings. They have always been honest and fair and most important johnny on the spot when needed in a hurry. I wouldn't know what to do without them since they have worked on all 8 of my buildings. Just a great company to deal with.

I recently needed a patch (about 10' by 10') on a commercial flat roof to stop a constant leak into one of the retail stores at my shopping center. I hired two different roofing comanies and spent several thousands of dollars on repairs that did not work at all! Uggg! Then I hired Josh from Flat Roofing Solutions and he solved the roof leak by ripping open that section of the roof right down to the rafters below and locating the actual source of the leak (a golfball sized hole in the wooden sheathing...and a baseball sized hole in the sheetrocked ceiling below it!). His worker replaced the entire section of plywood, installed a base coat of roofing material, abd then installed a layer of roofing material over that entire area. The work was performed with good quality workmanship and it instantly worked to completely stop the roof leak! I would highly recommend Josh from Flat Roofing Soluions! He was a gentleman at all times, his price was fair, the work was done well, and he was easy to deal with! What more could a property owner ask for?
