I hired Affordable after reading many great reviews on Yelp about Chuck and his company. Chuck came over to my home in Saugerties which I purchased in January to evaluate my damaged metal roof. The job required custom panels and Chuck was great to work with. I had called other contractors who either didn't respond to my calls or keep their scheduled appointment (I am finding this is not unusual in the Catskills). I highly recommend Affordable as they do great work at a fair price.

Negative 4 star! I made the mistake of using this "contractor", Chuck / John Graham in the Catskill area. He will promise you everything and deliver nothing but excuses. Lies covering more lies. I cannot express strongly enough how blatantly dishonest this con man was to my face. When I called him on it, he walked away from the contracted job unfinished. Totally screwed me. Reporting this company to NYS BBB. Avoid at all costs!

The owner of this company goes by the name of "Chuck" or John Graham, DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!! He is NOT a man of his word (a smooth talker cityslicker kinda guy) and walked away from a binding contract not finishing the work he promised in writing per contract to do. Fraudster and dishonest.. period. It took him 2 months to complete a metal roofing job that should have taken two weeks total. He never collected his money and never completed all of the work agreed to per written contract. Multiple calls and multiple emails ignored by this contractor. So be forewarned he is a fraudster. I am following up with a detailed complaint against this company with NYS Better Business Bureau. He does not deserve one star. Warning DO NOT USE this company.
