This company has done more damage to my roof, than it had before they came. There were several issues I had prior to when he arrived that involved leaks in the basement and some damage to the skylight. Since he fixed the roof the problems remained, and my suggestions to fix the gutter which have went ignore by him, even to the point that he charged me extra money for fixing something that was never a problem. It has been 1 month since I told him about said gutter and I had to call someone else to get it fixed, the person that came said that the gutter needed to be replaced, the skylight was damaged due to what Cory and his men did and also needed to be completely replaced (Cory said it didn't need to be replaced), and Cory had removed the ventilation pipes from the roof needed to ventilate the house. The man I called had found one of the pipes on my neighbors roof, and one left in the corner of my roof where I would not notice it. He also pointed out to me the various spots where the ventilation pipes were formerly. They were soft spots in the roof that had I stood on them for a period of time I was afraid I would fall in. It was further explained to me that had it snowed with the roof in its current state the water would flow in through the single ventilation pipe Cory left behind and flow into the roof causing it to collapse. The hatch door that he built requires a crowbar in order to lift it up due to a combination of the weight of the hatch and the tar left around the hatch which heats up and sticks. There is also the two clads were broken off during his work and were never replaced. As a result I know have to pay someone else to have the gutter and roof ventilation pipes replaced. Cory and his company are a ripoff, and they are completely unreliable as to this day they have refused to answer my calls to fix the problems to my roof. I suggest to anyone using him, to find another company that knows what they are doing even if the price is more expensive than his. Cory did an excellent job and throw in some extra work free of charge. Price is very fair and they are willing to work around your schedule. Attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards very well. Arrived on time and finished the job as promised. I would definitely recommend them and use them again when its time to replace the roof.
