Pat Burrell responded to our call in the spring promptly and we had an estimate the day he inspected the roof. They came sooner than anticipated and completed the work in 3 1/2 days. The men were polite, answered all questions, and took care in not stepping on plants that were coming up. They cleaned up everything before they left. Pat came back to inspect the roof and we paid in full at the end.

We had a deluge of water flow into our home. We assumed our roof seal was damaged. We called for an estimate at 9 AM. The crew came to our home with a van full of tools and supplies at 2 PM. They had the problem taken care of by 3:30PM. They noted it was our neihbor's roof causing the problem. They were fast, professional and generally a deliht to deal with. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Kevin Burrell is extremely rude and hostile. We have had major problems with our roof and wanted to activate the warranty. He refused to work with us, denied any responsibility, told me I had to go to the original materials manufacturer even though Burrell Roofing is specifically named in the warranty. With every breath he took, he sounded like he was telling me to go to hell.
