Signed a contract and a crew was on site within two weeks. Job took two days on Friday and Saturday of the holiday weekend. Cleaned up spotlessly and the finished product is beautiful. They put a roof on a three-story colonial at a competitive price, did it quickly, and did a quality job. (This is the fourth roof I've bought in the last three years, so I'm familiar with what a good job looks like.) No last-minute add-ons except one section of gutter which couldn't be saved and needed to be replaced, which they did at a fair price. I asked JMac for a quote on another property I'd just bought that had a lot of water damage on two bedroom ceilings. John at JMac told me he thought it was old damage and that the roof was fine, it was only about 10 years old. I got a second opinion from Jilek Roofing, who quoted me $6175 for a new roof. When I questioned Jilek about why it needed to be replaced, the guy said the granules were wearing off. We chose to believe JMac and fixed the ceilings without replacing the roof. No leaks.
