Jason Hubbard has been great to deal with through the entire process so far of getting everything handled with the hail damage to get our new roof. He is very responsive to my calls and texts and has been to our house three times already addressing all the questions I had, taking photos and explaining the process and was here the day my adjuster came out so he could make sure nothing was missed. SWAT approached us after a hail storm and asked to check out our roof for damage. I was a little apprehensive at first, but very quickly trusted them and the work that they do. Everyone I worked with was kind, professional and moved quickly to get the project done. I felt very comfortable with the process due to their communication with me and the insurance company and explanations on what every little detail meant. We love our new roof- it looks so nice and prompted us to paint the shutters and front door and it feels like a brand new house!
