Absolutely love our new windows. From the sales demonstration to the installers everyone was extremely helpful and professional. The windows look great on the house and just add to the curb appeal. We can feel a huge difference just standing next to the window, no more drafts. Can’t speak highly enough about the products. Will recommend Erie Construction to everyone looking for new windows. April 2019 I had a new roof installed by Erie Construction. The crew were great and they had their work cut out for them as they had to remove an old slate roof. They had to deal with the lovely Ohio spring rain so it took a little time to get completed. The crew was great at keeping the water out of my house during the tear off process and even came back one night late to check the tarps. They kept me informed of what they were doing and answered my questions professionally. The roof looks great and the crew did a great job of installation and cleaning up. I have used Erie for several projects for my house. They have consistently exceeded my expectations. They are a very customer oriented business which is important to me. I have felt like i have had a say in everything that has been done. They also have a focus on keeping their projects clean during the entire process. I have appreciated that I do not have to go out and clean up after my roof was put on. The installers also keep the customers informed at every step of the process. If they do something that you do not like then they will change it to your liking. They also work quickly but efficiently. They make sure that they are not an intrusion on your everyday life. I have used Erie multiple times and look forward to the next project. They make me feel important as a customer and have come back several times in the past 2 years to be sure we are still happy with the projects that they have installed on my house. Great salesman down to earth and very knowledgeable. Installers did a great job getting the roof system on. Both were all about letting me know everything about the roof system.
