AAA roofing is top notch. Most important part of roof problems is getting the roof fixed obviously. But the best part about Roy Hanna and his team was the communication for entire process. Roy was easily accessible and answered all my concerns in a timely manner. The weather did not cooperate and Roy had let me know about the delays and when he would be out barring any further weather delays. After the work was completed, Roy had phoned and asked if I was satisfied with work...I had a very minor issue with a tiny area that roofers forgot to clean up. I was going to clean the area myself as it wasn’t a big deal. Roy personally came out, cleaned up the mess...went on roof to inspect their work to make sure it was up to his standard. He has since been involved with my realtor, taken time out of his schedule to do so, in supplying papers to her that she had needed. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend.

I work in Real Estate and deal with contractors regularly, and will say I had a GREAT experience from Roy and his team! Awesome group of guys, extremely hard working with great attention to detail. They knocked out a very large roof in under a day including 2 layer tear off and replacing several pieces of bad sheathing. Accommodated a last minute change to the shingles we requested with no gripes. They left the yard spotless, and Roy followed up with me once the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Wish every contractor had professionalism, integrity, and courtesy Roy and his team displayed. And all at a price that beat any Angie's list deal I've came across. A+ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Really No Stars for AAA Roofing AKA Roy Hanna. Terrible Experience!!!!AAA Roofing Company AKA Roy Hanna. Hired company approximately 6 months ago, roof leaking again and Roofing Company and Owner will not stand behind their work. Supposedly AAA Roofing Company AKA Roy Hanna is a licensed and bonded company. Its a shame that we are having to go to the City of Columbus to try and get situation taken care of. Poor quality work!!!!Consumers beware. You have to stand up to companies and people like AAA Roofing AKA Roy Hanna so that it may deter them taking money from hard working Americans and Companies.
